Please email me when the costumes for 2011 Rio Carnival are available.
This is how it works:
- We will fit you with your very own costume of the school.
- On parade night you will be transported to the Sambodrome warming up area (concentracao) and, in the company of our guide and fellow members of "Escola de Samba", you will participate in the unforgettable parade that is Carnival in Rio. By the way, the parade itself lasts approximately 50 minutes. Each school has 90 minutes to cross the runaway.
- After parading, you may leave or get back to the crowd and watch the other schools. In that case, you must have secured a carnival ticket to the sector of choice.
- On parading day, our staff will be at the sambadrome to give you full assistance moving to “concentration” area before the parade as well as back to the sector of choice for those who decide to keep on watching the show.
- We will have two days available: Saturday March 5 for the B-League (which is called the access group) and, Sunday March 6 for the A-League (which is a bit more expensive)
- The time/Samba Schools to parade will be announced by November 1st, 2010.
